ALLEY OF LARCHES
Larch trees and birch trees abound. The closeness of the trees and their height is said to have an immediate dizzying effect of any newcomer or wolf who is unfamiliar with the land, according to elders of the past. Nevertheless, that does not stop new, eager hunters from attempting to learn the ropes here. More challenging than the Valley of Partizanskaya Fortune and the general hunting grounds of Partizanskaya, the Alley of Larches is where adept hunters shake off the remnants of their inexperience and attempt to game that proves more difficult. Boars are the most common, and are menacing, especially when some can weigh up to several times the weight of one wolf. Mentors often warn their hunters of stray tigers, though; the alley provides little cover, and a wolf attempting to outrun a tiger with no where to conceal his or herself may end up dead. While the sentries do their best to keep parts of the Partizanskaya River Valley clear, caution is best exercised here.
