His main coat color is light brownish tan, with markings of both white, dark brown, and an even darker shade present on his face and tail tip. White is on his legs, chest, and eyebrows. There is no fur in his ears. The length of his coat is mostly medium to short, with medium being the longest it gets around his cheeks, neck, underbelly, and tail. With the change of seasons, his pelt becomes thicker during the winter, and shorter during the summer. Although he takes care of his fur, it sticks up in various places, giving him a scruffy, scrawny appearance. These odd colors and markings made their way onto him through a genetic mutation that has also caused his ears to fold, giving him a dog-like appearance. His eyes are  melancholy blue gray. They often have bags underneath them due to lack of sleep, and most of the time he looks more upset than he usually is due to this factor. Dae is slender, and physically weak, making him an easily defeated foe in battle. However, this thinness can offer him some use and he is an excellent sprinter. personality

Dae, for the most part, is outgoing. He walks with a rather cocky confidence in himself and has an incorrigible sense of humor, many of the jokes he makes being offensive or simply only make sense to him. He is a risk-taker, a flirt, bold, blunt, and enjoys to gamble with whatever he can get a hold of. He is blunt, which only adds to his sometimes rude nature, but this isn't due to choice. Every now and then he has trouble realizing other's feelings, and unless strongly expressed, they go flying right over his head. He keeps a calm and nonchalant vibe during most situations, and it takes a lot for him to get riled up and violent. He can come off as an idiot.
Despite all of this, Dae is actually a rather sad fellow. He's got a lot on his mind, and spends a lot of his free time daydreaming about better things. He wants desperately to have friends even though he wouldn't admit it to himself or anyone, ever and pretends he doesn't want anyone in his life. He has a low self esteem and dislikes himself greatly, putting all others before himself no matter who they are. The canid often finds himself thinking about mountains, and various other places that make him feel nostalgic and happy. He loves the sky, and finds it comforting wherever he's at.
Take a closer look and spend more time around this wolf and he can prove that he's got some good qualities to him. Those that managed to get a peak behind closed doors see that he can be kind, responsible, accepting, and a good listener. With his friends, Dae opens up even more so. He is incredibly loyal and believes they can't do any wrong, and if they do, he finds some way to justify it. Insult a friend and there will be blood. He loves them dearly and doesn't hesitate to show it, even though he has trouble making and keeping them.

history

His story begins with his parents, Hugo and Collie. The two met whilst wandering about the abandoned city of Pripyat, Ukraine. They fell in love within two months of knowing one another. As the town offered them enough food, water, and shelter, they settled down and decided to have a little family of their own. Collie gave birth to two pups, one was deformed and died shortly after arriving, whilst the other was thin and malnourished. They refrained from naming him out of fear that they would loose him. However, the little canid surprised them both and survived two weeks. Although still skinny, he showed promise and his parents named him Dae, short for Daemon.
He grew older and larger with the care from Hugo and Collie, becoming a lively creature. It was expected that his ears would gradually stand up on their own, but they remained folded and large. This, along with his unnatural markings, were most likely due to a genetic mutation or the radiation levels in which his parents lived. Life continued as usual for him. The little family was happy and content with their place in life. Dae grew close to his father, who taught him many useful survival tactics and they got along well. Around the age of one year, Collie fell victim to rabies. The horrifying site of her frothing mouth and bloodshot eyes caused him to flee for cover. He witnessed as his own mother attacked Hugo. He could not fight back due to his bond and feelings for her. Collie's teeth sunk into his jugular, killing him in front of her son.
Dae had little time to mourn. He immediately retreated, leaving Pripyat and his life behind. Whilst wandering the vast expanse of Russia, he came across Sikhote Alin. By this time, loneliness had taken a tole on him, turning the canid into a mentally handicapped creature. Realizing how much he needed to be social, he decided to join. This is now where he resides today.
